Boogie Man Music — Local services in Ellensburg

I've been doing business at Boogie Man for several years. When it was sold, I was curious if it would make it. I have swapped and bought several music instruments since Ted took over the store. No cash refund but you can get store credit for equal value. No worry. Brandon, the tech guru seems to always be working on a guitar. These guys are friendly and helpful. If you are looking at an instrument, and have question about it, ask. More than once I have been told to be careful if I bought something because I would not be able to get my money back from it if I resold the item. Boogie Man isn't out to fleece anyone. These are honest hard-working guys doing what they love.

I'm a little phobic about music stores... just, my weird. I'd been doing business with Brent & Kevin at Boogie Man music for 10+ years. When I returned from overseas in 2019 and needed help with my guitar purchased out of the country- & the shop was sold, & Ted took over the store- I was worried! For like 10 seconds. He's great! Got a modest repair done, quality was OK but incomplete as promised and needs more work. Selection for used gear is decent and bigger than you'd expect for a small shop: you might find a gem or two in here. Owner isn't always here during business hours, but is quite knowledgeable for his relative youth. I would trust him for an amp repair over an instrument.

Overall, solid for a small town but not amazing. I will always support small, local guitar...
