The oxygen therapy has enhanced my quality of life.

I'm able to go walking now without getting winded or short of breath as I previously would. Going up stairs is a breeze now. I feel like I could probably run a marathon, even at my age.

I'm also noticing my health doesn't seem to be going down hill anymore. I'm feeling better than I have in a long time.

The infrared sauna helped me sweat a lot. I'm not sure of all the benefits yet but I am aware of what it is supposed to do. They were so kind to remove the salt blocks from the sauna while I had the infrared therapy at my request.

She is so good to all of her customers and cares for everyone. The spa is so clean, tidy, and it’s a great place to just sneak away from the busy world for a little while. This Spa offers so many services, tucked away in this gem. I’ve been coming to this spa for 3 years and am never let down. I just had my first group private party as well, and we had such a great time! It was so personable, lots of fun times with the girls, we brought snacks, and all enjoyed sampling every service! Super affordable, detox with many therapies she offers! Unsure of what therapy to choose?! Do a sampler platter of them ALL! She walks you fro therapy to therapy for hours as your private concierge.
