Honestly skip unless you're desperate. A nice stocked store but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

Stoner kid emerges from the incense stained room and is almost rushing you thru your purchase. You ask him for opinions, and he says "I dont know" and just stares at you.

My personal favorite was getting a vape pen. Asked him if he had any recommendations....i get "i dont smoke" despite him vaping away on clouds. I pick a vape and he looks at it and says "you're better off getting something else because this is only halfway full" and then proceeds to put it back on the shelf for another customer. We sit there for no joke 5 minutes before I ultimately pick something JUST to get away from him.

Asks for ID and proceeds to read it front and back, scan it 5 separate times, and then manually enters in data on his computer.

Baffling response! Just down the road, ESPECIALLY if that kid is tending...

This has got to be one of the best tobacco shops in town. In my opinion. The other one being out of town on sandridge but this one definitely is right up there with that one. And the lady behind the counter was pleasant and didn't hover or make me feel rushed and I really appreciated that. The one in swansboro by the laundromat isn't too bad but my only complaint has to be the that. The dude that works there makes you feel rushed and hovers around you the whole time. You're trying to just look around. Always trying to point stuff out for you to get like he's trying to rush you out of a store or something because almost everything he always pulls out or points out. Thinking I want is not what I'm trying to get. He's not even patient nor helpful when I look at Vapes. It's ridiculous so going to this one was a breath of fresh air. I've been here 3 times and each experience was worse than the last. The employees don't bother ringing up the items and just made up the price on the spot when I pulled cash out of my pocket. Most recently, the guy behind the counter tried charging me 150% what I paid the week before (which was also over-priced and likely went into his pocket) and had the audacity to hold up a tip jar like he did me a favor by already trying to rob me once.
