Have spent a lot of money there, bought 4 shirts recently just before some travel so didn't even take them out of the bag until I returned a couple of weeks later...discovered one of the shirts had a hole in it. Took it back to exchange it (didn't ask for refund) and was told their exchange policy was 5 days from purchase. I told store employee my situation (and my purchase history) and she went to back of store to ask the owner. Employee came back and said no dice. I looked puzzled and said under the circumstances, couldn't an exception be made, and could I speak to the owner (I wasn't convinced the employee conveyed my situation). The employee said "She won't speak to you." I was slack-jawed. I then emailed the owner offering this background and asked if she might consider an exception. No response. Quite the trio: bad math, bad business, bad judgement. Don't give this place your business, you can get their stuff most anywhere (and not face the "no refunds, 5 day...

Love this boutique. They have pretty clothes, Archie's flip flops, jewelry & purses. I come here every time I visit Cape Carteret. I've bought 3 pairs of Archie's from here. The lady that works there...
