If you are shopping alone, she is the companion you wished you'd had along on so many other excursions. I left the store with a beautiful dress, a lacy fucshia shrug and sparkly pair of earrings, feeling like a million bucks without spending anywhere near that much. This shop also has gifts for the very young people in your life--cuddly plush toys, and gentle, fragrant soap--as well as that last minute pair of sunglasses you didn't realize you'd need in Eugene before summer officially starts. I was happy to find a shop in Eugene that carried the pants I love. The personal attention I received was great! I purchased my pants but did not wear them for a month or so. I pulled them out to wear for the first time and found the fit was not right; after five minutes I knew I would need to return them. Andrea would not take them back since I know longer had the paper receipt or the tags. I had credit card proof that I purchased them at her store. I offered perhaps a store credit which she also refused.

I am used to returning items with no questions asked. Needless to say I was shocked and disappointed. So I’m stuck with an expensive pair of pants I cannot wear. I am new to Eugene and am sorry that the store did not wish to work with me. I will not return and will caution...

What a lovely little shop! The clothes are beautiful and everything is reasonably priced. They also have the cutest teacup cards that have an actual packet of tea in them! Most importantly, however, the owner of the store is one of the most wonderful women I've ever had the pleasure of chatting with. She is absolutely amazing and makes the atmosphere of the shop all the more comfortable.
