Went there for dinner and was thoroughly disappointed . Have been going there for years and never had service this bad . The waitress asked us what we wanted to drink when we first sat down then brought us our drinks at the same time we ordered our food and never checked on us again . We had to wave and get the attention of a random waitress walking by to get a refill of our drinks ( they never asked even once how the food was or if we needed anything else ) . Finally after three drinks in an hours time we got the attention of a waitress and asked for another drink, at which point she made a comment asking if we felt good and said we drank a lot and then added that we should have just ordered a bottle , it was outrageous ! We were very polite the whole time and don’t need anyone telling us how much we should or shouldn’t be drinking ...let alone a restaurant that sells alcohol to their customers . They are going to piss a lot of ppl off saying things like that to customers (They never asked us if we needed any to go boxes (we still had food left on the plate ) . We had to get going so I ended up walking up to the front counter and asking for the check . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good time dining. They don’t care about their customers , I approached the manager on shift and told him about our bad experience and he only made excuses for his lazy staff saying that our waitress was a trainee ....... the service at place is horrible among the worst I have ever had and the sushi isn’t even good enough to be worth it to make a trip there . If your in eugene and looking for a sushi joint , go to makoto. Or even 541 sushi , you will have much less bs to put...

I give it a "meh" overall but an extra star for having Uni! Anyway...went here on a Sunday just to try something different and even though there were maybe 5 other people there total besides our family of 4, the overall feeling was that the place was understaffed. We sat at the bar and service was very lackluster. Had to wait quite a while to order our food as well as to have our water glasses refilled. The soy sauce dispensers leaked all over the table which was annoying, plus there was no obvious option for low sodium soy sauce. The worst thing was that the sushi on the belt wasn't replenished once during our hour there. Overall sushi quality was decent to good - not the best and not the worst.

Just some background - we do know our sushi (having been to Japan multiple times) but we're not adverse to "slumming it" at conveyor belt places. They did have Uni which I have a love/hate relationship with (absolutely love it when it's good but hate it when it's bad) and theirs was pretty damn good. Not quite the butterscotch melt-in-your-mouth that you can find infrequently but a decent texture, somewhat sweet with a subtle fishy aftertaste. Salmon nigiri was good with very thick cuts (almost too thick). Yellowtail was fine if a bit grainy. The kids mostly ate rolls and didn't complain so those must be pretty good. They did use black tobiko on a few rolls which was pretty cool! We did only eat sushi so I cannot speak to the quality of other menu items. We ended up spending $100 after tip (and I only gave 12%) so the food was relatively expensive. All in all, if we want conveyor belt sushi, next time we'll wait and go to the Sushi...

This was one of the most unsatisfied and disappointing sushi experiences me and my son (10yo) have ever had. There comes a point in a meal where the propitiators need to acknowledge their customers have waited too long, where broken plates/porcelain In your food, no options on the belt you advertise, poorly/quickly constructed rolls that fall apart, as well as , hair and/or bones in the fish have been so underwhelming.., you’d comp or discount the meal, significantly. Granted, they didn’t charge for the glass filled food, the wait was so incredibly long (an hour +) our appetite was ruined and just wanted to leave. This was suppose to be a special night out for my son and myself. The staff were quite nice and working incredibly hard (especially the workers in back) which makes this complaint so difficult to make. Everyone has a bad night. This was clearly theirs. Again, in any other restaurant that cares to establish return customers there would have been more substantial compensation. Over $70, for 1 adult and 1 child, who left hungry and unsatisfied. Seriously, the most disappointing meal I’ve over paid for in any recent memory. I can’t see...

This place is closer to authentic sushi restaurants compared to others, and I appreciated the owner-chef’s dedication to the food. Although a new employee somewhat ruined the overall atmosphere, the food was above average, and we ordered various dishes to our satisfaction. In many other Japanese restaurants, the rice in sushi is often kneaded like a rice cake, which falls apart in the mouth and doesn’t harmonize with the fish. I was cautious about this place, but here, the rice grains were intact, and the balance between the fish and rice was just right. Except for the grilled salmon head, all the dishes were excellent. The atmosphere was good, and I liked the wide selection of drinks and menu options. It was a meal worth every penny, and I think I will visit this place often. I highly recommend this restaurant.

What a gem! The food here is super delicious. While visiting Eugene, we were looking for sushi. This place didn’t show up on the map on my phone. We ran across it when another sushi place had a long wait. We are so glad we ended up at Sushi Station. We’ve had dinner there three times and have been consistently pleased. The vegetarian items are rich with flavor. The dressing on the cucumber salad is tangy and delightful. The bit of crunch in the Veggie delight roll is fun and tasty. The soy paper veggie roll is to die for. I was skeptical of soy paper, but this item did not disappoint. The highway roll, sake lover roll, and sake nigiri taste fresh and are rich with flavor. Presentation is pleasing and staff are friendly and attentive. I wish we could take this lovely little spot home with us.

I have been to all of the conveyor belt sushi restaurants in the area and this one is my favorite. One of my favorite things to order from any Japanese restaurant is takoyaki, and Sushi Station has great takoyaki, but my only complaint is the pieces of octopus were on the smaller side. The sushi off of the belt tastes great however, and the staff are great. The restaurant itself looks amazing. The prices are fair for what you get. This is restaurant it one of the more expensive conveyor belt sushi places, but the price is definitely worth it.
