The Clothes Horse — Local services in Eugene

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SELLING STH TO THIS STORE, DON'T DO IT! The owner is SUPER PICKY! Be aware! I bring tons of new with tag clothing(most of them are H&M,Forever 21), in good used condition shoes( Manolo Blanik, nine west, Steve madden,etc), and two purse( Wilson leather and Ralph Lauren). The sales girl and a old lady checked them and told me they are nothing available to them!! I bring 20's items and they told me they would not keep one of items, I was really confused about what is the criteria of accepting. The sales girl told me that H&M, Forever 21 are low end so they won't buy it, although the clothes are new with tag,and shoes are little worn. OMG! you should check this store's shoes on shelves, they are all worn, some of them are well worn! So I don't think the owner had standpoint to refuse my shoes. All in all, the owner are pretty greedy and picky on your staff, they want you bringing brand new and high end staff to store. PS: I think their price are really high, why not going to outlets or departments store on sale to get Brand New staff for a similar price? I mean this store is overpriced on...

Been here twice so far and left so satisfied! While a lot of the clothes are eclectic and not usually my style, I find that my eyes get opened to things I would 1: Never pick out for myself and 2: How confined big brand department stores are in regards to how similar we all look most times, and how the pieces I've found here fit and look much better than anything I've bought elsewhere. I did bring in a bunch of clothes, some with tags and two never worn shoes and they bought one item but gave back the rest. While other people are mad about that I think we also need to realize that most of the clothing we buy is faster than fast fashion and doesn't age well. TONS of the pieces here are truly timeless and I can't wait to spruce up my winter wardrobe from this shop alone. So when they don't buy your Forever 21 and H&M it's for good reason. Its low quality and only in style for the current season. Get off your high horse, take your clothes somewhere else, and then amp up your closet at the Clothes Horse instead...

Love love love the Clotheshorse, and here's why: •The Clotheshorse has given me the ability to update nearly my entire wardrobe with classy, fashionable, high quality name-brand pieces at an extremely affordable price. ✨ •Having the stylish collection from the CH has given me so much confidence to explore different styles, and has given me the repertoire to many as "the fashionable one" for the first time in my life lol. 💃🏼 •The CH continually helps the environment by providing easy access to reusing/repurposing clothing. 🌎♻️ •I rarely shop at any other thrift store anymore because you can't find such lightly used high quality pieces in such high quantities anywhere else locally, making your success rate of good finds much more efficiently 🤷🏼‍♀️ •Most importantly the store owner Mariah and her sweet little shop pup are so sweet and inviting and I never expected a thrift shop to give me such sweet friends over...
