I've had a bad customer service experience every time I've gone here. I recently bought a gift for someone that didn't fit, so I went back to return it and they only gave me $40 back even though I spent $60 on it. They tried to say my recipe even said somewhere on it that I was only going to get $40 back and when I asked to see it the cashier didn't want to give it back. I asked her to point out where it said that and she didn't want to do that either. When I got it back it said no where on it that I was only going to get partial payment back, but she said there was nothing she could do. I only had the item for a couple of days as well so it's not like I kept it for too long. That's only one time, there's been several other bad encounters there, Im definitely not shopping...

Very bad experience. Went in the first time for a lava lamp. Got it home and didn’t work. Took it back for a refund and they don’t do cash refunds. Then tried to sell me replacement light bulbs as if it was my fault they didn’t work. So I exchanged the lava lamp for a new one. Same thing. Took it home and didn’t work. Employee said it’s common.
