Christopher's — Local services in Eureka Springs

Today, my sis Kris, her friend & I visited Christopher's Boutique in Eureka Springs, AR. I saw a necklace w/ price tag of $12. I handed the cashier a $20 bill & she said, "That'll be $21." I showed her the price tag of $12 & stated "That's false advertising & against the law." She said, "lf you were ever a business owner, you'd know, this stuff happens." My sis stated, "I own a shop & have had employees misprice items, but; I honor the price that is marked." The lady didn't apologize or express concern, rather; stated, "Do you want to buy the necklace or not?" I told her, "Not unless it's for the price marked & I'm going to share my experience as a patron of this store." BAD...

Ya'll , we love the selection of clothes , shoes , purses & jewelry in this store. The jewelry is made locally and the assortment is quite charming . Shoes located in the back of the store for almost any occasion . Night wear , like comfy Pj's with matching house shoes , in case you forgot to pack your's ! Christophers casual style dresses , cocktail dresses or formal dresses are always perfect for any occasion . Shop locally , shop at Christopher's downtown...

OMG. Can't say enough of how WONDERFUL the sales staff and manager were to me. I lost a fabulous jacket while traveling that I purchased at Christopher's a couple of years back. I called to see if thwy still carried it. The manager contacted the company and ordered a jacket which I picked up 2 weeks later. Amazing thoughtfulness with above and beyond any expectations of customer service. Can't say enough....
