Tracie is an amazing soul. My sister and I came to explore this amazing town a bit more as I usually visit with the hubs on the bike and have never got the chance to experience what it has to offer fully. When I say that upon walking into enchanted soul not only was there a welcoming and genuine greeting from behind the counter, the vibration of the entire establishment was beyond inviting. We took our time as we looked at every little detail of each item (so many one of a kind pieces) she never once rushed and was the perfect amount of helpful. We selected a few items and went on about our day. On our departure day we had a few last things to go check out and we just had to visit Enchanted Soul one more time. I just had to get more of the hand dipped incense they provide as they were by far some of the best I have ever found. The smell is so rich but not overbearing, and smell so clean, And they burn so slow that I didn’t need to burn the entire stick and put it out for later. Went in to look around and possibly purchase something. They have a variety of mystical things. That's where my good experience ended. My friend and I were looking for something in particular, walked over to the front case and one of the workers hurriedly reaches over the country and grabs something from the front side of the counter and places it behind some other things(keep in mind I was about 5 feet away from the country not even in arms reach) my friend picked up a small crystal and heard them say "he just picked one up." To be totally honest, it completely ruined the experience and we immediately left the store after that.
