My partner and I were in Eureka Springs on vacation and we were attempting to purchase food and beverages from this establishment. When we entered we were immediately accosted by a cashier who stated that we needed masks, at which point we identified ourselves as being medically exempt individuals due to our medical diagnosis of PTSD and combat veteran status. We both have documentation available stating that we are exempt from mask laws, and although we offered to provide that documentation, we were brushed off and asked to leave; only after being ridiculed by the manager and several patrons of the store. My partner and I were here enjoying our vacation and wanted to get some food to cook for dinner. We went to hartz to get some groceries because we wanted to support the local store. As we tried to shop some one approached us not keeping the six foot social distancing guidelines to tell us we had to have a mask. As we explained that due to our medical conditions (PTSD, and combat veterans) we could not wear one, but we would social distance they continued to berate us, and as we were leaving they yelled at us to leave the store along with other patrons of the store. Needless to say we will not be...

Hart’s Family Center isn’t just our hometown grocery — it’s a cornerstone of our daily life here in Eureka Springs. You can feel the care and community in every aisle. From elk steaks and yellowfin tuna to the softest “00” flour for our homemade pizzas, they always surprise us with premium finds that make home cooking feel gourmet.
Their shelves tell stories — like the hand-thrown pottery from Laredo, Texas, or the decadent chocolate Dubai bars with pistachios that have become my personal obsession. It’s the kind of place where you walk in for milk and walk out with inspiration. 🛒✨
Hart’s is proof that small-town grocery stores can still feel world-class. Friendly smiles, incredible selection, and that genuine sense of belonging — this is our store, and we’re proud of it. 💚🌄 #EurekaSprings...
