It's nice to have a shop like this but I rarely find anything to buy. I made an appointment and brought in many quality items, 80% of which they took, but when I went back to check on my credit , I had very little money for what they they took and charged. 40% store credit or 30% cash out, but not in slow months. Then they donate your quality unsold items without the opportunity to get them back. Highly disappointed, would not bring clothing here again to "sell". Might stop in once a year since I still have a few bucks to use or lose. Edited: this is my personal experience and opinion to let other know what you may expect as a consigning seller. This review was not meant to shame a business , but I agree with the owner, overall it's not a good fit for me or my goals. I hope they survive the Old Town location, as not getting paid for months just to keep the doors open and do it out of love must be tough! Sending many blessing back to you...

I frequently buy from this shop online. The owners are very responsive to questions I have about the merchandise - sometimes replying within minutes! All the items I've purchased are like-new quality. I really like the attention to detail in their shipping and look forward to the clean, fresh scent in every package. I found a pair of running shoes on the site that were never worn - New Balances for $40. This store is so amazing! I regret not coming here sooner. I'm a college student, and the prices are amazing if you're on a budget. The clothes are amazing as well!
