It is an amazing shop! However, when I got to my car all of my teas were not in the bag. I went back to the store and the lady who bagged my tea was helpful as she remembered everything I purchased. The lady who rang me up kept saying, “I remember putting more in her bag.” That statement made it appear I was lying. She said it at least 5 times! The manager (I think it’s who it was) came from the back room and was incredibly rude. I was in NO WAY trying to rip them off for 2 oz of tea but believe I should have gotten what I paid for. Perhaps they rung up my tea and simply didn’t get one bag into my bag and it ended up in someone else’s? I think what bothered me most was the sales girl claiming “it’s not my fault”. I never went in to accuse anyone. It would have been far easier if they would have said, “so sorry, let’s make this right”. Went to this store today with my mom, having a great day. Was not greeted or acknowledged. Two women were helping a college student male with something regarding thc. I'm standing in line behind waiting. The guy left no purchase, the ladies continue to talk . still not acknowledging are existence to buy with product in hand. Shaved head goes on to say she's taking a break, elderly woman walks away. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Finally asked the nice curly hair brunette to ring me up, which she apologized gave me 10 percent. Could not believe the rudeness of other ladies. I have been in this shop numerous times and the employees are consistently condescending and rude, and blame their mistakes on the customer. If you ask for a certain amount of an herb they may bag up more than you requested, then claim that is what you asked for and be rude to you about the discrepancy. They have even overcharged me for herbs, for example charging me for three ounces but when I weigh it myself I find they actually only gave me two. This may not seem like that big of a deal but some herbs have quite a high price per ounce and it is just as easy to get it right and not overcharge your customer. Poor customer service,...
