I used to love this store but I had a terrible experience ordering online. I purchased 2 hoodies and a towel back in August. The hoodies came first and the size I ordered was too large. I called the store and they said to send it back to exchange for a smaller size. I sent the hoodies back the next day with my name, order receipt and request for a smaller size. Via tracking, I saw that they arrived back at Humboldt Republic 3 days later. I heard nothing for 2 weeks so I emailed them inquiring about my exchange. No response. I messaged again a couple weeks later, again no response. My towel finally arrived and now that's all I have after reaching out 3 times. 1 towel for $144.44! Totally nonexistent customer service. The threads are Hella nice....the return policy not so much. My husband & I spent over $500 2 weeks ago. I went in today to exchange them and was told no. I didn't have the receipt nor were the tags on but they were obviously never worn and from that store, (the clothing said Humboldt Republic. Sadly, one of the WORST business experiences I have ever had and I am in my 50's. I was looking for the best print shop to have some shirts made up and found this place. The minimum was 30 shirts and I gave Jason an original print just to duplicate, he said he could do it no problem.
