Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Everett

Jack in the Box has lost the plot. Last week I went to get a Breakfast platter a little after 5:30am and they did not include any French Toast sticks or mini Pancakes. A few days ago I went there around 5:40am and they were completely closed.

It's still the same Jack In the Box. I haven't been inside of this location in a while but it looks to be the same as it was in 2006.

Overall, Jack In the Box has become extremely unreliable for breakfast and they have not recovered from the pandemic. Half the time it looks like they're closed at 5:30am.

A few years ago I went to the Broadway location in Everett at around 5:30am in the morning and they wouldn't serve me because they said the crew had not taken a break in 4 hours. They said I could wait 20 more miniutes and they would take my order. When I began to pull out, two more Construction company branded Pick-up trucks pulled into the drive-through. I'm sure they must have had fun explaining their smoke-break situation to a couple Construction Superintendents.

Oh and the whole, pull around to the side of the building thing is super annoying, and it invites being forgotten about. Look, I get it if there are a lot of cars behind me, but not when I am the only person waiting. Customers don't need to suffer to suit one of your BS metrics. Either find a way to make wait times faster, or quit. It was legit easier and quicker to get fast food during the 1980's than what it is today....

My hubby & I worked late, making it an extremely long day!! We rarely eat out / get fast food, so this is very unusual! Ordered at Drive-Thru: 2 Cheesecakes and 1 Breakfast Bacon Platter. The DT employee ROCIO was very polite and friendly. Had a short wait while they cooked the breakfast platter then left to head home to eat our late dinner. The New York style Cheesecakes were yummy a usual! HOWEVER, since we've never ordered the platter before, we weren't quite sure how it would be. SADLY, IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!! The bacon was both greasy, wilted & burnt dry at the same time!! No matter how many times we patted/smashed the bacon inside a napkin, the grease still dripped out!!! It was NASTY, UNEDIBLE & downright UNACCEPTABLE!! The little silver dollar size pancakes looked cute but LOOKED BETTER THAN THEY TASTED!! They were dry and had no distinct flavor to them. Well maybe similar to quick mix pancake batter with water. OVERALL, my husband's breakfast dinner turned out to be a HUGE DISASTER & DISAPPOINTMENT!! CLOSING THOUGHTS: $6.99 BREAKFAST PLATTER BACON was a GIGANTIC WASTE OF MONEY! I believe it's safe for me to say... we WON'T BE CHOOSING JIB as our late night...

I ordered a burger through the mobile app, plain. I get my food through the drive through and as I pull away I check my burger, it has Mayo.. I go through the drive through again and I explain the situation. When I get to the window she tries charging me, I tell her like I explained at the speaker that my burger was made wrong so she wants to take the messed up burger and I asked her if it was going in the trash, she said yes and I told her that I’d rather not waste it and that I don’t want it thrown away, she then won’t give me the burger that’s made correctly. She gets loud and is telling me to give her the other burger or I’m not getting the right one. I insist on that I don’t want to waste it, I don’t want to throw it away. She then says that she’s not giving me mine and tells me “call corporate I don’t care” which why would that be her response?? Then slams the window shut and walks away.

She was rude from the beginning, when I first picked up my order. She got incredibly rude after I wanted the correct burger. I absolutely hate this Jack in the box . They always have the...
