Took my family of 4 here on Christmas Eve. They weren't exceptionally busy, as there were 2 grill tables that were empty. We waited over 20 minutes just for our drink orders to be taken. The service was lacking, the chef did a great job with the food though! My complaint is that I paid for our $134 meal with my Visa debit card. I went to use the restroom after waiting for a period of time for my card to be returned and to sign the slip. My oldest daughter waited at the table for me. I came out and the table had been cleared, but my card and receipt had never been returned to us. I went to the cashier and inquired where my card was. They said they didn't have it. I explained the situation and they noticed there was another card that someone had "forgotten". My card is sort of rare in that I've never seen another like it and its pretty noticeable. Its a Chase Disney Visa. The one they had was the same type of card. I was permitted to look at it and noticed the name was "Tyler", so close to mine if you aren't a native English speaker. This card, however, was not mine. They requested I leave my name and number so they could call me after being able to continue looking. I did so and left. An hour and a half later, I received a call from a gentleman saying he was the manager. He informed me they could not find the card and I need to just cancel it. He was not apologetic about the situation at all. I was completely taken aback by his attitude. He did not offer any assistance in retrieving my card from the person that more than likely took it home due to error by the server, "Tyler". He did not offer to "make it right" in any way. Having to cancel my main source of payment method is a monumental inconvenience to me! Not to mention this was on Christmas Eve and left me no access to my funds!! I had already locked my card down online before he called. We eat out quite a bit. It is a treat for our family, as I travel extensively for work. We will not ever eat at this restaurant again. I hope you steer...

Our adventure began here when our table took 30 minutes to get our orders placed and the appetizer salad brought out to everyone. Then, it took another 15 minutes before the chef showed up. We had to mention that we had no soup before anybody got some. The table directly next to us had the exact same number of people in their group, arrived 20 minutes after we did, and got served before us as well.
I'm a big fan of hibachi grill restaurants, and at this place you pay a premium to get less food. I am usually able to get two large meals out of a hibachi grill, but here was barely one full meal. $23 for steak, but fried rice is another $3 extra. Actually, steamed rice is included with the meal. The menu specifically states that fried rice can be ordered as a side dish, so I ordered fried rice as a side. They neglect from saying that this is actually an UPGRADE, not a side dish, so fried rice replaces your steamed rice. The chef comes out with steamed rice pre-cooked, but it costs $3 to put it on the grill for 5 minutes? That's crazy.
Even after the meal was done, the fun continued. Took a long time for the table to get the bill, but they went the extra mile for me. One group at our table got their bill, paid, and left before our half of the table had even gotten the bills!
Thankfully our replacement waiter was very nice, but was running between several different tables while our original server went MIA. The place needs to hire 3-4 more servers to help out with how busy they are. Basically, the management for this place is...

Appetizers: The ginger salad dressing was very acidic and lacked sweetness. The soup tasted of an onion soup base with part of a mushroom and green onion floating in it. The soup was okay, but not very rich in flavor.
Mains: Steak + Chicken dinner @ $29. Steak + Shrimp dinner @ $30. 2 Fried rice @ $3.50 each 1 Soda @ ? Tax - ? Total - $77 before tip
Sauces: The sauces include yum yum sauce and a basic ginger sauce, again, highly acidic and lacking sweetness to cut the acid. There was no hot mustard sauce.
Fried Rice & Veggies: They don’t use garlic in their fried rice / veggies, like others do, and it causes the rice to taste a bit 1-dimensional. The veggies only consisted of onion, mushroom, and zucchini—although they did serve cabbage and bean sprouts at the end. Other places include carrots, celery, and sometimes potatoes along with the onion, zucchini, and mushroom.
Steak: We both asked for medium rare steak and got a mixture of medium rare to medium well, since it took about a minute for the chef to cut up each individual steak and move it to the heat.
Shrimp: The shrimp was bland, but well cooked.
Chicken: The chicken was slightly over-cooked, and they did not offer the option for teriyaki chicken. It was okay, but again, missing garlic.
Dessert: A small scoop of vanilla or sherbet ice cream was included, but was both declined.
Drinks: We ordered a soda and a water, and each got one refill. Not sure if it’s policy or due to...
