PLEASANT SURPRISE FINDING!
DISH ORDERED: -Tenacious Tuna (my selections: BASE: 1/2 salad + 1/2 white rice; SAUCE: Sesame Oil, TOPPING: sesame seed). All other ingredients: already decided for me, whew! -Miso Soup to wash it down (my selections: w tofu + onion).
HIGHLIGHTS: -Attentive staff, quick to make eye contact and help me choose my options as I am a fish out of water when it comes to these ‘create your own bowl’ meals. -Sizable and fulfilling portion. -Combination of flavors, textures, and varying densities of the ingredients which add up to a surprisingly tasty meal: -The soft, and lightly seared ahi tuna. -The crunchy and savory fried onions -The fluffy texture from the leafy greens created by replacing 1/2 the rice with Spring Mix lightened the otherwise dense dish.
