The outlet itself is laid out well and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are OK, but not a big difference if you are a club member buying at a regular store.

The problem is the delivery. If you are not prepared to take the furniture you purchase away at the point of purchase, you have to use their 3rd party provider. My sofa arrived damage so they took it back to fix it and that was three months ago. Since it is a different company, RH will it help you even though RH has to supply the fabric to allow the provider to complete the job. So- buyer beware. You should be prepared to take what you buy...

Super big warning about this place. The store policy is no returns… Ever!. When I tried to return a small blanket that was the wrong size, they refused even an exchange, and pointed me to the fine print card beside the register that nobody would ever notice. She went on to tell me that it was also on my receipt…perfect timing since it’s after I’ve already made the purchase. They also don’t help get them out of the store and complain about how you go about moving stuff while they tell you you have to do it
