It could have been better if the security guard would have left me along with my service dog they are not service dog friendly they made me leave because they told me my service dog was not allowed in the mall I will not go back to their Mall ever again I will not score them any stars thanks to their security guard now I will never go back into their store I have gone in that store for the last mall for the last 13 years with my dog never had an issue ever before now all the sudden one security guard kicked me out with my service dog papered that is against the law I could sue him for doing what he did to me with my service dog service dogs are allowed in any building and any store this just happened it just turned 4:00 the first security guard told me that my dog was not allowed in there I told him she is my service dog and paper he said no problem the second security guard that I am talking about told me my dog was not allowed in there even though she was papered to be a service dog and told me I had to leave she was not allowed in the stores...

Before walking to the register, I made sure I was adequately socially distanced from everyone in the store, which wasn’t hard since it was closing time and my wife and I were the only customers left in the store, and I dropped my mask down just a little so I could use Face ID on my phone to access my bank account to pay for merchandise when we got to the register. The mask wasn’t down even 1 second and the rude girl behind the counter was barking at me to put my mask back on. I told my wife let’s just get out of here so we left our overpriced merchandise on the counter and left. On the way out the one kid was in such a hurry to pull down the cage/gate thing that he almost hit my wife in the head with it as she was walking out.

I have bought from here before being under 18 when I went to walk back there a lady rudely put her hand in our faces and said if we were under 18 then we couldn’t go in the back of the store. Last time I was at this location a CORPORATE employee helped me find what I needed. He told me they didn’t card because it turns away business. When I asked the man upfront he said it was Bc kids steal. It was also my friends first time buying and this lady made it very hard for my friend to be comfortable and made her feel like she was doing something wrong and she was upset about it.
