Better Night Sleep Center — Local services in Farmington

My wife and I have been looking for a new mattress for quite some time we went up to St Louis and all the stores at the time up there were closed so we started going south. We got the Farmington area and we were about run out. We happened to be driving by this place didn't even know it was there it's kind of a hidden gem, we pulled in we walked around we looked at all the mattresses we talked to the lady that runs the place she was extremely helpful they gave us a price that couldn't be beat anywhere else I mean everywhere else we looked at the same mattress it was $1,000,$1500, $2,000 and they had it for $800 so obviously I bought it there and here's the kicker they delivered it the same day you can't beat that kind of customer service...

Recent update...wish we could give them 10 stars. We had a family member who needed to come stay with us because they had some health issues and everyone from the store staff to the delivery guys went above and beyond to help us out. They were able to find me a mattress over the phone and get it delivered all in the same day. The delivery drivers were kind enough to fit us in the same day after the store closed! Absolutely fantastic customer service! We highly recommend Better Night Sleep Farmington location. We experienced friendly helpful staff, great customer service. I called ahead, and spoke with Rich. He gave me enough information to want to go see what his store had to offer. When we walked in we found the store extremely well stocked and organized. Rich talked to us to see what we needed, and the gave us a tour of the mattress's he had that fit those needs. He fully explained the pros and cons of each one, and gave us the prices. Once we made the decision on which mattress we wanted, he arranged delivery, finished the paperwork, gave my wife some candy, and we left. Great experience all the way around....
