We loved shopping each time we made a trip here from Colorado, but this time around we went to look around like usual and my 4 year old daughter with no pockets wanted a little phone toy we were gonna get it for her, so she knew and wanted to test out the phone. She was playing with it and put it on her waist to walk around with it and act like she was answering a ringing phone, what we didn’t know was the supervisor or what ever her position was following us around. (Basically profiled us as thief’s as she stated on our way out) She brought it to our attention that our daughter can’t be doing that and said “she put that phone down her pants” and we will need to buy it, I told her yeah we will cause she was wanting it. We spent another 5 minutes looking around before noticing she was following us around the shop watching us like a hawk I told my family I think we are done here and felt we should go check out. My 11 year old son wanted to buy a bean bag cover then changed it to a rocket launching toy with the cover on his head like an over sized beanie. The lady came at us again saying come on guys this is getting ridiculous, I noticed she was very angry about it, so I asked her “can you calm down? I will buy it since it’s bothering you that much” I continued to pay for our stuff but I’m really pissed off with how she had started nagging at my wife about my daughter putting the phone on her waist. We payed about 54 bucks for all our items. As we were walking out, I felt it wasn’t because what my daughter did but it was because we were natives So I said are you harassing us because we are native americans?. She stated “that is exactly the reason, and we know how to spot out stealers” But what I don’t get about the accusation of stealing is that she brought to our attention that she didn’t like my daughter doing that so I acknowledged it and let her know we would buy it.. then Continued to harass us like we were children. What a childish way to act as a supervisor or I don’t even know what her position was. But the whole incident continues as she follows us out asks us not to come back and take photos of us from the store to our van and then as we were remarking to go into hobby lobby for some materials for a new dress for my daughter she sees us, nods and starts to walk towards harbor freight. Because I seen her walk into harbor freight I told my wife let’s go before she follows us into hobby lobby, as we were walking in she was right behind us trying to contact the manager to tell them we were there to steal so my wife and I called the cops because now this is really harassment she was doing, when the manager came out the lady from bargain bin left and we talked to her and told her about what had happened, and that she was showing employees our pictures and saying we were there to steal. Because that’s what happened in there I was very irritated with her action and had to go into harbor fraught to talk with an employee about what had happen and that we were basically being harassed, they told me yeah she came in to talk to the manager and showed the manager our photos and they apologized for what had taken place and thanked us for coming in to let them know.

And my kids did not damage anything, everything in them bins are always torn open and tossed around. All we did was look through them. Accusations from this store is dumb so for any future customers be careful you could be accused like us. Also because of all this we will gladly not...

There’s a line every Friday morning, that’s when they get new stuff FYI... ok, that’s out of the way. I don’t really care for these kinds of places but they have great deals. I bought a black and decker battery charger for cheap, then I bought a paint sprayer, the box was re-tapped and it looked legitimate so I bought it since it goes for $80 on Amazon and it was on sale for $50. I thought I had a good deal and I got home and opened it, It was used and it had white paint still in the gun. I had a hard time trying to clean it out and it’s missing part too. It’ll run me about another $25 to get the replacement missing parts. I should have just spend the extra $5 for a new one from Amazon. BUYER BEWARE, SOMETIMES THEY’RE TOO...

Management rude and convicting. Made me feel as I committed a crime. Tried to play the victim in the situation. And clearly was not understanding. Won't be spending my dollars there no more. Again playing the victim to the situation, employee asked for an offer. An offer was made on an item that was 24 - 30$ line. @ 20 it was more than fair. They were pricing an item from a 3rd party seller on Amazon ( selling their item 3 times the regular price). Are we asking half of Scalper rates? I'm sure I not the 1st that asked to correct...
