Where to begin? First I would give 0 stars if it was available. I ordered a couch and loveseat and when setting up delivery I told them three times in memo that I live on 3rd floor. In my order they were to remove my current set and deliver new all in one swoop. From the moment the delivery lady called then stepped out of truck she was rude and upset about my stairs. For two hours she was on the phone with supervisor complaining that my furniture was to big. I ended up helping the rider person getting my old couch out the door where it stayed in my stairwell for two hours. She was openly rude and dragged her feet until I finally called customer service on recorded line to complain of her treatment to me and the delivery in general. Basically, she was physically incapable to move the furniture down or up stairs. Once I canceled the delivery and filed former complaint with RM she left my old furniture on stairwell refusing to bring back in my condo. She cut my furniture with box cutter along the side so even if I was to keep it she ruined it. She was ordered by her boss who was on phone with me and customer service to bring couch back into my home. That took her no time at all. Bottom line as I could go on and on with her bad customer service I canceled entire order and had all money refunded. I will never shop Bobs again. Customer service kept trying to give me money off and get another team to bring new furniture back. I was just sick over this experience. I went to rooms to go today and purchased a new set with promise I won't have delivery issue. And last note the furniture they were to remove and couldn't lift was taken out by of my home by a husband and wife team in 20 minutes. No trouble, no complaining. Sales representative Myles told us we would have our furniture within a week. He lied, our delivery was placed on June 30th and had a delivery date for July 16th. Couldn’t find my tracking number the day before delivery so we called bobs and was told he never scheduled our delivery but we somehow got a confirmation code. So they scheduled our delivery for 3 days later which was ALREADY a major inconvenience. Granted that we have NO FURNITURE. We get a call the day before delivery and they tell us they don’t have our COUCH! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. We completely cancelled our order and will no longer be doing any business with ANY BOBS! Especially this one! Please do not buy from here save yourself the HEADACHE! Read moreWe visited the store shortly after they opened. The district manager was there ,temporarily, but helped us look for bedroom furniture. He was very nice & attentive. He even emailed me pictures of what we discussed. Fast forward...we went in last night for a follow up visit at 8pm. This was a much different experience. The store closes at 9pm. I saw two associates assisting other customers, but no one else offered assistance. Not one person. There was a group of people gathered around talking near the front of the store when we left, still no acknowledgement. We were there for 30 minutes and no one said anything.
