Old Navy — Local services in Federal Way

I went Ross for Less store to return items, then I noticed Old Navy right next to it. The door of Old Navy was open, nobody was standing there and no sign says they are closed. I entered into the store to find few pants for my child. I was there for 2 mins or so, the employee came to me and told me that they are closed, which I understand. Surprisingly people forget how to speak politely, using we are so sorry or using at least please word. Anyway, I left the store and never will go back there anymore. I really try to enjoy going to Old Navy. I only buy sale items because most of their full priced items are over priced. Every time I'm ready to check out, no matter what time of the day it is, there's always a long wait. Why? Because there's only one person at the cash register. There was another person who was standing behind a register and he scanned the line forming but he decided he needed to be somewhere else. I just put my items down and left. We came here to shop all the time, we loved the deals and they have good selections, then one day me and my daughter came to shop again and my daughter needs to go bathroom first before we start shopping because she really feel pee. I asked the lady associate for the bathroom code and she said she don’t know and the other associate said she will get somebody to open it for us then suddenly said the restroom is closed at 5:10 pm.
