Really bad manners from employees. Nothing truly impressive here; you can find all of these products online for even cheaper. I visited here second time on july 13th just to check it out again and had the worst experience ever. They need to retrain their employees before some of them started making foolish decisions, like cutting customers off while they are waiting in line when there are other paths to the checkout counter. (Mind you, it was only my friend and me waiting in line, and next to the line was a wide, empty path leading straight to the counter.) The employee ended up choosing to take that path, cutting in front of me while the lady at the counter waved at me. Not only did he slow me down, but he also caused me to bump into one of the display shelves on the floor. I took my stuff and left the basket there immediately right infront the checkout counter after feeling disrespected. As someone who has also worked in retail and customer service for years, I understand that mistakes happen; I usually do not focus much on how store employees perform. However, this situation pushed me to my limits. I have never been treated so poorly that I don't even want to return to a store like this. Stopped by Teso to see what the hype is about. The parking lot is large, but it felt chaotic, probably due to the massive demand from curious shoppers but also because it’s a shared lot with other businesses nearby and a Bank of America that is pretty busy. One nice perk is the conveniently located Tesla charging station right next to the store. Inside, the store was impressively clean and well-organized. However, there’s definitely room to improve on efficiency, especially at checkout. That said, it’s a newly opened location, so some of the growing pains are understandable. The layout and product availability were solid, and the energy inside felt upbeat. One time to note is, the interior is very bright. I’ll give it another shot once the crowd dies down a bit.

Absolutely love this store, amazing selection!! Everything from blind box collectibles, miniature kits, snacks and food, Asian beauty products, and more! It was amazing recognizing so many Asian beauty brands and getting to see them in person instead of just online. Some ppl are complaining about prices and saying it's cheaper in Japan/Korea but y'all we're not there are we. You're paying just a little more for convenience to pick up locally and you don't have to pay online shipping and wait awhile for your package. Good trade off for me! Def...
