Note: I have never tried their products so this review is completely based on their customer service and my experience there as a customer or a potential customer.
Last night, I was there to pick up a delivery order for a customer. When I opened the door, I noticed a guy at the counter looking at the screen of a tablet or the device at the counter. He saw me when I entered but quickly put down his head and continued looking at the device, without a word. I thought that was odd but didn't make much of it at first. I walked to the front of the register and was expecting him to acknowledge that there is someone in or try to find out what I needed but instead, he just ignored me with his head still on the device, even as I stood in front of him for a bit. I then told him that I was there to pick up an order. He then looked at me with this rude look and all he asked was: "for?". I told him the name of the customer and about a minute later, a girl brought the order and I picked it up and left.
I have been doing delivery on the side for almost 5 years now, and in most restaurants I walk into, if they don't greet you with a smile the moment you open the door, they would at least acknowledge you and try to find out what service you need before even you get to the front of the register. The exception of course is mostly when they are busy, which was not the situation in this case, as only two or three of the tables were occupied.
I'm not sure why that guy acted the way he did, but I believe when you are working in a customer-oriented environment like that, unless there is a valid reason otherwise, anybody who walks in that door is important and you have to treat...
Read moreMy friend recommended this cafe to me and told me about how good the food is so I went there with my friend. This cafe is a great place to study, the atmosphere is very cute, calm and welcoming. They have the best croffles. I usually get the strawberry cream croffle with the brown sugar milk tea. I’ve went three times since my friend told me about this cafe and my favorite things from the menu is definitely the strawberry cream croffle. It is very good and it’s the perfect size. Their milk tea is a good size and tastes good but it’s like every other milk tea.
The customer service was good. The service could be enhanced by asking customers how they are doing. All the times I’ve been at this cafe it’s “Hi what would you like to order?” never “Hi How are you?”. I usually dine in and the last time I went they forgot to give me and my friend two knife’s with the forks and when the guy that brought our food to our table realized right away without me having to ask and he went and brought another one for my friend. I will definitely continue coming to this cafe to study and...
