So I walk into the most generous greeting ever by Chris. I ask him for what I want because I don’t look at the menu anymore I like when can goods gives me suggestions or even better when they have what I already love so I just go in and I say, do you have this or what do you suggest. He says absolutely we have that and then he brings me my favorite strand as well as the one I asked for so the fact that he could memorize my favorites, when , he made my day Also,when I come in to the store the smiles I get by everybody in the store brightens my mood it really does I’m not sugar coating this . It’s very very awesome feeling so special because that is really a thing people feel good about !!! I don’t have all the names yet but another shout out goes to Becca. For always being there every time I come in. Beautiful smile, great attitude wonderful service brightens up my day even if we don’t have time to chat, this really is the energy I get walking through the door even the two guard who work there are amazing I would never go anywhere else. I am so happy with this place. Normally I come in. Anxious and nervous and as soon as I see my regular tenders, who, by the way, really are there every day they never let you down by not coming in I just feel so at home and comfortable such a great atmosphere, couldn’t say anything bad whatsoever I spent all morning bragging and it’s really nice that the tenders can take time to get to know you as an individual even when they see so many people a day. I think this is the most beautiful place of business and I don’t usually write reviews I felt I needed to. I swear this deserved recognition there are four other employees I could brag about for days I just need to ask them their name. But the ones I do know have gone above and beyond just by being great people it’s been more than just exceptional and awesome. Read moreI had 2 different experiences with this company. The person I dealt with in the store, named Austin, was great. However, my dealings with his manager, Shawn, before I got to the store were insane. He said I put in the wrong information (my ID) when I placed an order. I said this wasn't possible since I didn't put my ID in this order. I was not asked to. He then said that I had an account with a pay service that had my old ID. How do I have a pay service when I did not authorize one and had no intention of paying with a card? He kept saying I wasn't listening to him when in fact he kept telling me the same thing, that I had done it wrong. He then said they called me to try to tell me about not being able to fill my order. I told him this wasn't true as my phone, as does everyone else's, tells me who calls. There are NO calls from this business. He then said he was cancelling my order and I need to do it again. Why? He hung up on me! Seriously?! I placed my order again. NO ID required to place order. I called back and told him what happened, that I did not have to put my ID in the order. Oh, I'll just fix it when you get here, he said. Again, Seriously?! My education is in IT, coding and AI and yet this person is berating me when he doesn't even know what the business's website does or does not do? How does this make good business sense? As a disabled, senior citizen, I found this behavior sad and pathetic. This is why my review is what it is. Austin, great job! I went into the Kind Good Dipensarie in Fenton September 27th to buy a 28g oz for $120$ which came out to $134 tax included I had it as an online order I was standing there waiting for my turn and I was looking at the Flower on the Display Monitors and it said some 100$ oz were available and they were not on the website so I asked my Budtender if there were any 100$ oz available he/she said there was and I asked to change my online order. He/She was willing to do it she was. The budtender was very nice about everything but they said the next time I was in there I would have to stand in the recreational line next time if i want to change the online order . The Recreational line had 6-7 people in it. I'm Medical so that don't really matter to me but anyways I'm just saying if you would try to do a better job at putting all the Daybreak Popcorn for $100 ounce or for $120 ounce on your online menu that would be awesome forreal because It would make it more convenient for me I would know roughly how much money I would need for my online order. It would make it convenient for other people as well. It did make it pretty convenient for me in the end I got to get a better strain and it was $100 instead of $120 so I was able to save some money too in the process so it was a win win just a bit of confusion for me.
