I find it interesting that others said this was the cleanest subway they’ve ever been to… I don’t think it’s very sanitary when the employee comes from the back room wearing gloves already then proceeds to make my vegetarian sandwich, keep those gloves on as he is ringing me up at the register and then wear the same gloves to make the next customers sandwich. Not that it’s an excuse to not change gloves. However, we were the only two customers ordering at the time so not busy. Maybe I should’ve said something but I wanted to see if he would actually change gloves after touching who knows what or when the last time it was he changed...

When calling to place the order again I mentioned the site was saying error when trying to place order using my $2 off coupon and he first said I could come in and bring the coupon in and get the discount. When I said okay I want to place the order he said no to do it online, this is after I explained that for the last sixteen minutes I had been trying. He then told me he wouldn’t accept the coupon which I could understand IF he had not just told me he could accept it since the entire site seemed to be down. Lost our business...
Read moreI went to this location Sunday morning. Walked in the door and waited. I was the only customer. The employee was doing a different task with the bread I think and either talking to someone else in the back or talking on the phone. We could see each other the entire time. No greeting, no I'll be right with you, nothing. I waited 5 minutes with no help from the employee and walked out without a word. Unbelievable. I'm pretty patient, but they couldn't even explain why what they were doing was more important than helping a customer. So bizarre....
