QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Fenton

I hate leaving bad reviews since I am a business owner my self but I feel I needed to say something since no one in the building seemed to care at all. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and have loved it. The last few times there has been quite a few mistakes when we ordered on line so we quit ordering on line. I went in Saturday around 330 and it was not busy. I wanted the 3-cheese nachos to go. I got one tiny bit of cheese and the rest of the things I wanted. Since it was CHEESE NACHOS I asked for more cheese and was ignored. They charged me and the kid taking the money shoved the bowl at me. I told him it was nachos to go, so I still needed chips (which I got only 10 chips literally) so I threw most of rice and beans away since i didnt get any chips. Then I stood there waiting for a lid and the kid moved on to the next person so I had to stand there waiting to get a lid for at least 5-10 minutes. I was so frustrated by the time I left I wanted to throw my food in the trash. When I did get home to eat it, there was only beans and rice and a tiny bit of cheese so it was dry...... so disapointing.... it will be a very long time before...

I visited this location Friday Nov 10, which i do every Friday because i love qdoba, but not this location ANY MORE!!!!!I visited this location with a friend on our lunch break around 12n, so it was very busy and we had to be back within 30mins. I finally got to the line to be disappointed not only by the employee but also the MANAGER he has nasty and disgusting attitude . I ordered a quesadilla and my friend ordered a kids nacho, the amount of meat they put on this huge quesadilla was the same amount they gave her for a kids meal. She just put one half a scope of burnt chicken crumbs and spread it out to cover it. I asked for more, she says it will be 2$ extra with a attitude, i looked back and she was giving customers too full scoops. I get to the manager and tell him i didn't want it and the reason WHY, instead of making it better as a MANAGER he tosses the food in the trash can very rude and nasty and talked to the customers behind us, what a person to be representing one of your establishments. I will never return back to this place they do not value customers at all. I was really looking forward to my lunch. I wish i can give it...

I really like the convenience of using the online order app. I live about 15 min away from the Fenton location and its nice that it is ready to go when I get there instead of waiting.

However it seems my orders or either hit or miss. There is a section on the app for special instructions and what I want seems easy enough to follow- well done quesadilla- extra grill. The last couple of times my order has been almost raw and not grilled which doesn’t taste very good and the quesadilla just falls apart trying to pick it up. Disappointing! To further add to this: All the employees seem miserable and like you are bothering them when you walk in the door or ask a question. Hence one more reason I like using the app. Hardly to no interaction with the employees. If your not happy with your job and don’t want to follow simple instructions, maybe...
