Visited on 8/8/24. Pretty busy for a Thursday at 5 pm. Olympic basketball had just ended. The waitress seated us and got our drinks promptly. The issue I had here was that she said she would give us some time to look over the menu and she gave us about a minute to look before coming back and asking if we were ready. This happened 4 times, before we finally ordered as she clearly was in a rush. I suspect she was going on break or something. When we get our food, our order was wrong. We had ordered boneless wings and they came out bone in. Simple and innocent mistake so no big deal. But when my wife told the waitress that, the waitress started to argue with my wife saying that she did not get the order wrong. Luckily, even the basket had “boneless” stickers on it so she said it was a mistake by the kitchen. I couldn’t believe the waitress was going to argue with us about what we ordered, but problem fixed. But what if the stickers hadn’t have been there?
When we get our food, our wings were cold, our cheese curd bites too. My hamburger cold. Not one item we had was fresh. And for all of the rushing this waitress did to get our order, she did not check on us until close to the end of the meal to re fill drinks and see if things were ok. I didn’t feel like the argument or hassle of letting the waitress know my disappointment.
This was probably the 5th time in a row that I have had a similar experience with this location. I’ll update my review if I ever go back, but I can’t say I will ever, as it is now pretty obvious they just aren’t very good at...
Read moreWe had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We waited 35 minutes for a table despite numerous open tables clearly available. Once finally seated, our server came by to take our drink order—we gave both our drink and food orders at the same time since we had plenty of time to review the menu while waiting.
After 10-15 minutes, we still had no drinks, while the same server waited on two other tables that arrived after us, and they received their drinks promptly. We tried to get his attention, but he never stopped by to check on us.
Shockingly, the food arrived before we ever got our drinks. That’s when the waiter realized he completely forgot our drinks. When we expressed how poor the service was and asked to speak to a manager, the manager arrived with no apology and simply said, "We're doing our best." No accountability, no empathy.
He offered to pack our food to go, but at that point, the experience was beyond salvageable. We declined and left feeling completely disrespected as customers.
To top it off, we’re now sitting next door at Red Robin, where the service is night-and-day better—attentive, friendly, and fast. It’s clear that great service still exists, just not at Buffalo Wild Wings.
This level of service is unacceptable. The lack of care from both the server and the manager made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. We will not be returning and strongly urge others to stay away from this...
Read moreThis location is by far the best location that I believe is what should be the model of what a restaurant should look like, quality of food, timing and most of all how a server should treat any customer. I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings and have been very unpleased with the quality of food, timing, servers etc but this location is the best most of all I would like to take a minute to write about Jason. Jason since the first time was our waiter made my wife 2 small children and myself feel like we were VIP’s Jason always take the time to make anyone feel like they are truly valued and appreciated. Every time my family comes to this location we always request Jason and even will wait just to make sure that he is our only waiter. I truly have great family memories at this location because of Jason and even with him. Unfortunately I have been stationed at Fort Hood and do not get to visit this location as often anymore but anytime I am back home I always make it a priority to come back and eat here along with making sure Jason is working. The best part about this is my parents now go to Buffalo Wild Wings and request Jason as well my parents love this guy so much to they even FaceTime me just so we can say hi to him! It’s always wonderful to still have a piece of home 800 miles away! Keep it up Jason better see you as a General manger if not the owner of this location when we are...
