I had to go here to pick up my UPS package. Outside of the front door notice that they accept UPS Packages. There was no clear indication of where to actually pick up the package. Simple solution, Put a sign when you first walk in âUPS Pick up/drop offâs, please speak to a cashier up frontâ. Clear concise direction.
Additionally the employees were unable to even find the package for sometime. Whatever person in leadership within Michaelâs reviews this. Rather than seeing this as a complaint, see it as a strategic opportunity to grow and take the constructive feedback and change your process.
To be clear, I do not fault the employees. I fault the leadership within the store and the store structure.
Because of the entire confusion of the situation. I had intended to buy some art supplies while I was there, which I would imagine is why this business decided to be a UPS partner location. To drive organic business in. The lack of having a solid efficient process made me just order my art supplies on Amazon while waiting for my package (which was delivered) to be found. Why am I going to give a company my money if theyâre this disorganized with a UPS package?
So final outcome. Package received (after much delay) Art supplies ordered from competitor (lost business) Bad Customer Experience (will never select this UPS hub again, loss of...
Read moreAlthough they have really fun things to offer, I will never support Michael's again in my life. My mom worked and managed for Michael's for several years. We already know that retail is already a tough gig. My mom handled her own but I was so disappointed on upper managements response after the store she worked at got robbed at gun point. The pistol was at the tip of her head and she got hit by the butt of the gun. The store didn't take extra measures to enhance the security of the employees. Business was to carry on as usual and there were no security guards provided upon the employees request. My mom stayed working there and I respected her choice, but that place was sucking the life out of her. She was so devoted to the job and she could have sued them for all the times she suffered a life threatening injury, but she didn't. I hate to say it but the last injury she experienced while working at the store is the one that did her in. It took her out of that place, but it was a blessing in disguise! My mom is healthier than she has been in...

I'm really irritated by this because had I not been hassled TWICE it really would have been less time I was in there. If I treated people like that at my job...
