We went in to Happy's in Fenton on 1/1/23 looking for a dishwasher. We talked to Brain who was enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the selection at the Fenton location was slim on dishwashers at the time, but Brian suggested we go to the location in St. Charles because there was a nice Sharp dishwasher in stock there that checked all our boxes. After our incredible experience with Brian, we went out to the St. Charles location and did indeed find and absolutely love the dishwasher he suggested. Our experience at the St. Charles location that day however, was not the same level of service we received with Brain. We decided to leave, really disappointed. On the long drive home, we talked and decided to go back to the Fenton store and talk to Brain about our experience and to see if we could, buy that dishwasher from him instead. We could! Brian was so pleased we returned, and was very proactive in helping make up for the customer service experience we had received at the other location. Brian was prompt, attentive, polite, and a pleasure to work with through our buying process. From the moment I I called, to walking in store , they were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They immediately made me feel at ease, answering all my questions and even offering me the best price without me having to ask. I recently reached out to the home owner of my rental property in regards to updating my refrigerator also my stove. Chantelle reached out to this appliance company and spoke with Ro. He immediately was given an assignment and understood ASAP picking out a beautiful stainless steel set. A Few days before my dryer went out so needed new one so decided to reach out to Ro wanting to get all my appliances from the same company. Once I called him he sent pictures of some very nice new washer and dryers with reasonable prices.
