Kids Empire Fenton — Attraction in Fenton

We love kids empire and wanted to have our daughter 2nd birthday here and over all all our kids had an amazing time and we made the best out of the day but the party packages here are a joke I was sold on the party having a host to help with all the things I needed I was told they would set up the party just to bring the decor I planned to use an hr early. when we got there no body helped us with anything, then the story changed to ohh you had to bring ur stuff a day in advance if you wanted us to set it up and we don’t offer hosts, the managers exact words where “I’m not sure if you realize but we don’t have staffing to support parties have a host sorry you where misinformed.” Mind you they had like 10 people just standing around the front counter. I only request ballon’s be brought out and had to ask for them on arrival because nothing was set up i had to keep going to the counter to ask for anything I needed. No one came around to ask if we needed anything let alone having a host to “help with everything”. The two slices off pizza your guest get was really one normal size slice cut into two pieces. So make sure you bring more food or your guests will leave starving. I was very disappointed in the amount I paid to what I got. Would not recommend would never have another birthday here again. I was left to do everything alone they don’t have a PA system to call kids to the table either so you had to run around to gather your party. So if your debating having your kids party here go anywhere else. Extremely disappointed in the service. But minus this whole mess up everyone had a great time the place in general is a great place for kids to play and have fun in the end that’s all that matters but wanted to leave this here for the moms who will suffer in silence doing it all alone when...

Went there for my daughters bday December 10th. Brought 4 of her friends and their parents. The 2 people working were being very disrespectful and trying to rush us to get all of us in while being rude. I told them my boyfriend had to go put the money kn a card because kid empire has a stupid card only rule, the will not take cash at all for anything. Then the boy that was rushing us all wasn't getting the fact we had to wait a minute for my kids dad to get back for the last 2 to be paid for so we could a ll go in a the same time. The boy said cocky remarks back as I was trying to keep my cool and explain even tho he wasn't getting the point. Needless to say it took us like 45mins to get in because the boy kept screwing stuff up. This was at 5:30pm, and we didn't get in until 6:15. And they closed that day at 8pm and omg did they let us know by the ignorant looks the 2 employees were giving around 7:30. All i can say is for that expensive price no one should have to deal with that especially on their kids bday as I'm bringing in at least 4-6 other customers to bring your business money. If this is how this place is ran you will not see my family nor will I tell anyone anything good about this place. And the 2 that were rude as can be, all should be fired and not working in a place where you need very strong customer service skills and watch how u talk to people and fix your facial expressions because next time I will not be so nice. Attended for a birthday party and waited in line an HOUR to be checked in. There was 1 employee checking in all attendees for 4 birthday parties - the lobby was over crowded, the line went out the door and wrapped around the building. After waiting 20 mins outside in 90 degree heat, my 2 year old asked to used the bathroom. We excused ourselves into the lobby to see if there was a restroom to use - there was in the back of the facility. I asked the front desk if we could please use the bathroom, I explained I had the waiver complete and would get back in line after we used the bathroom. The manager was so incredibly rude and said she had to follow her procedures so I had to wait in line to be checked in. I asked several times and had some urgency as my 2yo was nearly in tears, newly potty trained and I wanted to avoid an accident. The manager would not budge and said I had to leave the property and find another bathroom. Again, this was 20 mins after our party started and she would not allow me to enter for the bathroom and get back in line. The manager was so unkind to deny a toddler potty access, it was unfathomable. The check in process was clearly inefficient.
