Five Below — Local services in Fenton

Some cool stuff but staff is not great on customer service and are actually pretty clueless as to what's happening in the store. I walked in the front door along with my husband and daughter. All of us had riding gear on and helmets in hand....I was actually taking mine off as I approached the counter. The girl at the register was just standing there as I walked up and directed me to her counter, to which I politely declined notifying her the space was not sufficient enough to open my tank bag. I proceeded to pull out several cell phone cases and as I placed them on the counter I mentioned they needed returned. This is what I thought she was doing until I handed her the receipt and she said "oh, your not buying them?" Really....because I would walk around the store and put cellphone cases in my bag and zip them up just to come up here and buy them.....or how about you watched me walk in and come straight to you....and I told you I was returning them? Would not have been a big deal...miatakes happen, but she looked at me and questioned me like I was lying and interrogating whether or not I was trying to steal them. Little humiliating and in very poor taste...not to mention what the he'll were you doing the entire time you watched us walk in immediately directed me to...

This place is great! But not good for your pockets! It's Soo addictive being in this store. Most items are $5, something's are less, maybe a tad more. But what you will find in here that I least expected is women's clothing! Seriously some super cute apparel. The tech aisle was the hardest to walk away from, or maybe the makeup aisle, that was a tough one. A lot of items come in bulk, which is great. Makes it worth the $5, which is also why it's addictive lol. I could easily drop a $100 in that store before I've even realized it. You better call your therapist after leaving this place. The blonde girl and the girl with fake lashes had attitudes and were straight rude when we needed help at registers. The blonde straight up told me they dont check out people at the counter then directly checked out people at the counter like im blind? They always have an attitude when we go and we will never go back again. The manager came back as we were leaving and said she was sorry. The blonde was way worse than the other girl she kept making comments like "i dont want to lose my job" while rolling her eyes. We will go to a different store from...
