Maurices — Local services in Fenton

The employees are always nice. I'll buy their tops and dresses. They used to be the only place I'd buy jeans and jeggings from, but ever since they changed them, I don't buy them. I had ordered about 6 pairs of jeans not knowing they switched over, and I couldn't wear them they were so uncomfortable. The new ones are uncomfortable, and the jeggings are stiff and basically just jeans. They stopped doing nice legging patterns too now its just black and blue, and maybe occasionally they'll do a red. They're really just gearing more towards moms, kids, and pregnant women, and it reflects in their clothing. Their quality has just gone down in recent years, which is really sad. They used to be where I almost exclusively got all of my clothes, but now I have to buy most of my stuff from other stores and I only really buy Maurices if it's in clearance because the quality just isn't there for me to justify buying something full price. It used to be my favorite store and I am bummed with all of the poor...

This is the worst store in terms of customer service. I've gone on 2 separate occasions where I was the only customer or there was just one other person browsing. The other person was greeted, I was not. The occasion I was alone in the store, 2 associates were in store, neither took notice of me in the 15 minutes I spent there.
