I placed a mobile order on the app and when I arrived to the store Tersea told me they had not received my order. She asked if I received confirmation, I proceeded to show her the app receipt and the email confirmation that the order had been placed. She told me there is nothing she could do for me while she had an attitude and I said well unfortunately it took my payment and you asked for confirmation. Then proceeded to say there’s nothing she can do without a receipt and I said I’m showing you a receipt from email and from the app. She continued to argue with me and I said can you please just go ahead and put me in a new order and I will pay for it again and then I will handle calling customer service to get a refund for the app order. This was my solution, not once did she give me options on what to do. With attitude she placed my new order in the store,I guess she received my app order and said don’t worry it’s all taken care of and I said well I have not paid for my in-store order and she said it’s fine, we finally received your app order. It was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. No apology, no solution, no ownership. Teresa argued with me, made me feel less of a person, treated me like I was lying about placing an order. Made it seem as if there was no solution to the issue that I presented. And no way was she of help and arguing with a customer is completely uncalled for. I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience I had today and I hope if I choose to order from smoothie king again that I do not encounter Teresa’s poor attitude and she understands...
Read moreDespite my tastebuds being delicately touched by the amazing smoothie bowls, I had a horrible experience. I walked in with a group of teenage girls. I get some teenagers are rude, but you can’t always assume. The employees treated us like we were freeloaders rather than paying customers. Angry, rude and upset about us being there. They made remarks about us, and continuously made sure we knew, we were “annoying.” I ordered my bowl how it came while my friend got hers made differently. They gave us both the modified bowl. I don’t understand how that’s possible when they took 15 minutes in between our bowls. In total, we sat there for 40 minutes waiting for four bowls, just for one to be forgotten. They had started cleaning, locked their doors, and making their own smoothie bowls forgetting a bowl. The most interesting remark came when I politely asked if they were making the fourth bowl. An employee asked another if he still wanted a smoothie bowl for himself. He angrily said while chuckling, “Well not anymore.” Making our forgotten bowl. There was no one else in the store and the employees made sure to help everyone before us. I get the employees have no where to be, but we did. This whole sad experience could’ve easily...
Read moreMy pregnant fiance and I pulled up to the drive through speaker and when immediately asked what she would like to order she said she needed some time to look over the menu. 30 seconds later she was asked again if she was ready to order and she politely said she needed a little more time. Another 20-30 seconds and they asked again. Once again she said no. Then a few seconds later and she was asked again. At that point she was very annoyed by the constant interruptions she said that we are leaving because she was tired of being harassed. From other reviews I've read on here the customer service at this location has a lot of problems. I would suggest some additional customer service training before the location becomes unprofitable...
