The set up is junky. You have to dig through boxes to find things often times. Many items were scratched or broken. Expect to FIX anything you buy. I did get lucky with a stacked glass lamp, however, I didn't need to fix anything on it. And it was about 50% off vs buying online. I also bought a picture for my son's bathroom. The paper backing was in tatters and the hangers were completely put on at different levels. That wasn't a big deal, as I just hung the 2 nails at different heights. The chandelier I bought was defective. I even found the the note the original buyer put IN the box when they sent it back to pottery barn. I was disappointed when they stopped carrying William Sonoma items so stopped going in as often. Today I went in to see what they had in the way of living room furniture and island bar stools. Read moreThis store is always a mess and you have to pick through most items but there are some good finds. Cashiers are not the friendliest. Biggest complaint - they often CLOSE for "inventory" but do not post this on their site or phone line. I went out of my way to run an errand there this week for a needed item only to find out they are "CLOSED FOR INVENTORY" without notice. Found 2 other angry customers outside in the cold with me... Who closes when everyone runs their errands after work 5-6:30? In summary good finds but you have to deal with a mess and...
