Starbucks — Restaurant in Fenton

Awful. I was there today and felt like I was on a hidden camera comedy show. The 3 person line took 15 minutes to work through. Then I ordered two coffees. One black one with cream and sugar. That took another 10 minutes. I finally got both coffees, each had curdled cream. I asked for new coffees. Then, the genius slowly examined the creamer in a separate cup. Shrugged. Proceeded to take another 5 minutes to redo my simple order.

After all that, she tries to put the same curdled creamer back in my order. I asked if I could have a new carton and she assured me that the creamer did not expire until September 13th and she didn’t think the rest of the creamer would be bad. I insisted to get different creamer. She couldn’t figure out how to open the carton. When she finally did, she triumphantly poured it in my cup.

Just as I was about to loose my patience, the barista pulled off a mask and it was actually Ashton Kutcher the whole time. I...

Waiting in line behind 3 people, only one person working. She must have hit the slow button today. Yacking more than working. Another girl behind the counter oblivious to the line or ignoring it while she proceeds to wipe down bottles. All I wanted was a soda from the self serve. Target says get your cup over at starbucks, they took away our bar code. I left instead....

My experience was horrible I went up there asking for the drink I wanted and they did not have the base for that so I went ahead and go a vanilla bean frappe with java chips. The lady was rude and told me that she didn’t feel like counting out 99 cents and so she didn’t give me it. The drink has so much ice and was discussing and watered down and the Java chips tasted...
