The place use to be good up until the last week. I went thruough drive thru which was back up so it took 20 minutes to get my order of honey barbecue popcorn chicken. I had to repeat my order several times then when the person name Michelle#172 came out with it she asked"you want it" and held on to it til I gave her my credit card. What craziness could this be? Would I wait in line 25 minutes if I didn't want it? She acted like someone was going to drive off with the chicken. Very tacky! Today I ordered the same thing and I get half of serving. When I asked Sarah #192 to fix it or call the manager she storms off with my credit card. I told her bring it back and she did but had attitude that I wanted my order fix. Order was cold and chicken was not good. I drove back and spoke to some person who said she was the manager. It was obvious that there was opportunity with customer service and managerial skills. She tried apologizing and tried to insinuate that I wanted more than my portion. I thought her and Joshua the other manager were out of their minds for thinking that way. I made it simple and explain I don't want more or need anything free. I need you to get it right the 1st time so I don't waste 25 minutes waiting n drive thru and another 25 complaining to them about my order. The female manager got angry because I told her I already called corporate and will go to social media next. They've lost a customer because I wouldn't spend another dime here. Most of us college educated people take our business elsewhere when service isn't up...
Read moreVery disappointed with service at the Fenton, MO location. I ordered a watermelon slush for myself, a blast for my son and kids burger meal witj ketchup only, no cheese for my 5 year old with a Unicorn Dream Slush without whipped topping because she is allergic to dairy. I specified this during ordering. Then attendant asked if I wanted cheese on the burger, I replied no cheese. Drove the 20 minutes home, unwrapped the burger for 5 year old and there is melted cheese spilling off the burger on to the paper. She has a dairy allergy, and you can't just pick off melty cheese. So I wrap it back up and drive the 20 minutes back to sonic. Pull up to the drive through tell them what's happened, and they ask if I have my receipt. I said I didnt, when they girl brought the food out she asked if I wanted the receipt and I said no. Well apparently thats where I went wrong. I assumed they would make the food as I ordered it, and would not need evidence of it approximately 45 minutes later. Then a man came on the intercom, and said with out a receipt there's nothing they can do. Would not replace my 5 year olds burger! I refused to buy another one, because of their error. Other fast food places have made the same error over the last few years, I get it mistakes happen. But of the times ive had to take a burger with cheese back, I have never had her meal not corrected to be dairy free. Left and went to McDonalds and got her a plain hamburger, no cheese. Disgusting service. Will...
Read moreI ordered two of their numbered meals and received one , but somehow, only the drink from the second one was charged accordingly. The server didn’t know how to charge me for the remaining non delivered food items, so he said he would completely refund the money and recharge for both meals. He said it would be 48 hours at the most for my refund. Well, long story short , it’s been a month and a half, and still nothing. I’ve called them numerous times, to which they say they’ll call me back and how they want to make it right , but that’s all I’ve gotten. It’s just wrong no matter what. There’s no excuse for it. I do not recommend it!
Here we are now it’s 11/21/23, and still nothing. They’ve blown me off completely. I’ve even gone back to the establishment in person, and they turned me away, denying everything. It’s a damn shame, really.
Update: They have done nothing but blow me off after literally stealing my money. That $25 or whatever i promise has cost them a lot more than that because I refuse to go back and don’t mind at all warning others about...
