Arrived about 15 min before closing. Door was locked with a sign that said closed. Even with customers inside still and walking out with drinks. Was directed to get in drive thru line. In line for about 20mins. Get to the order and was informed they closed 10min ago (but they took the order of the car in front of me) wow. Huge disappointment from your company. I get it, it’s Christmas, but be fair, cut it off at 1200 sharp, or don’t lock customers out 15mins early. Just to be deflected and then refused service. My wife easily spends upwards of $400 a month with Starbucks ($7 drink literally every day, and a food item 1/2 the time and gets me a drink too some days) Just trash service. You should be ashamed of how your employees handled that. And it wasn’t just me and my family, there were another 10 cars too that just got slapped like that. Mind you, only Starbucks open in like 30min drive. So to get there before closing and end up getting nothing but disrespected and wasted 1.5hours…. Locking your doors early is just some trash you would expect at Jack in box or KFC, not Starbucks. Definitely not leading the Starbucks way as your leadership book...
Read moreThis is probably my favorite St. Louis area Starbucks, and it’s because the people who work here tend to be EXTRA nice. They never fail to be extra sweet to my little one, which can make ANY visit a home run for this momma! Generally, Starbucks employees are pretty great (freestanding stores, not Target locations), and I’ve been to locations all over the country (literally), but the folks at this one make me feel extra welcome. I was a little miffed at them when someone there decided to stop putting sleeves on hot coffee cups, thus burning my hand literally every trip through the drive thru, but they finally stopped doing that (can’t imagine why hahaha), so I have no complaints about anything except the GIANT pothole in the drive thru that has probably given out a “free with purchase” flat tire or two ha! Be careful pulling away from the speaker and making that left around the building! I’m sure that whoever owns the property is responsible for fixing this issue…hope they get on it soon!

Read moreI’m literally at this location EVERYDAY. Monday-Friday mornings, friendly staff, a little slow, but I just mobile order a little early...problem solved. The weekend afternoons however are so horrendously bad that I want to scream “EFF ME, Why do I even come here?” Doesn’t matter how early you mobile order the drink is NEVER ready. Over the last month, every weekend day I have gone in, there has been no drink for me...standing there waiting only to find out that their sticker machine has “malfunctioned”. With the frequency this happens you’d think they would’ve created a sign that says “Our sticker machine is broken, please let us know you’ve ordered.” Or better yet figure out why it breaks down so often.
The weekend staff is also rude and doesn’t care about quality. The barista handed me a yellow grande black iced tea. When I questioned it she said “Yeah, it looked a little to me too.” Then she “made it up to me” by giving me a larger version of the same yellow drink.
