I've previously had good experiences with this store. However, a couple of days ago I ordered a new Nintendo Switch game for curbside pickup. It was on sale, and a great price for this new game. It's supposed to be an additional gift for my son's birthday, as I have also purchased one of their Switch bundles online which came with one game already. I was wrapping it up last night and I noticed it wasn't sealed! Instead, inside the case the game was in a small paper envelope that said "new". The game that I got with the bundle was sealed, and this one wasn't so it's obviously pre-owned. I'm very disappointed! Read moreWorkers were very helpful. Appreciated that they attempted to fix a broken 2DS purchased 120 days before snd obtained proof of purchase so broken device could be sent to Nintendo for repair under the warranty from Nintendo. Sales rep also gave me the Nintendo support number to intitate the repair claim.

Read moreI bought my son a Nintendo switch for his birthday back in April and every one I get from them, something happens to it. It’s not lack of care on my part, but lack of care taken while in the store. NOW I went back to replace it and the guy helping me, had no idea what he was doing, didn’t assist me in setting this up like the last person did AND because I didn’t check, I am now out $60 on a game I left in the old counsel. Basically, do not go back unless a manager is there because they will not help you the way you should be helped after you spend $400 on a...
