I began going here since it was close to my home, and they had just opened. Over the past 2 years, it has been hit and miss with the therapists, and they seem to have a lot of turnover. Still, for $25 you can't beat it.
My less than glowing review is because they are not always open during their posted hours, don't answer their phones and have no voicemail, and don't honor gift cards for longer than 90 days. The last issue did me in as my husband bought me a package of 5 in January as a little gift. He purchased them over a month before he gave them to me, and I started using them right away. I only had them for about 7 weeks. When I tried to redeem one, they said it was past 90 days. 90 days? I've been one of their most loyal customers since they opened, and they went by the purchase date and not the use date, which is stated nowhere on the gift certificate. I have also taken small groups there, recommended them, and taken my staff on a couple of occasions. Not good business, and now they have lost all of us as customers. Too many other great places to go in the area that are open when they say they will be, answer their phones, and don't try to weasel you out of a gift card that was paid for in full. So disappointing!

Read moreThis is a wonderful option for what basically amounts to an hour-long, full body massage; just with your clothes on. It is very detailed and pretty deep. It is also much less expensive than any other type of massage. This establishment is clean, quiet and very relaxing. You may walk in, or make appointments. My only strong recommendation is to understand that they provide a 'standard' service, meaning that they will not ask if you have any specific issues, or wish them to concentrate on a specific area, etc. You will receive the exact same service regardless of who provides it. And they will be pretty intense in working your back. So if you do have specific problem areas, you will need to alert the technician if there is any possibility you could be hurt by their standard technique. Other than this one potentially important awareness for some, I highly recommend this...
Read moreI come to Happy Feet once a month for a foot reflexology massage. With this type of massage, it targets pressure-points to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. The massage focuses on the feet, but also includes the face, ears, neck, arms, hands, shoulders, back and legs. What's nice is you leave your clothes on. So if you're shy at all, this is the massage for you. I would not recommend if the bottoms of your feet are very ticklish. A good portion of this massage is spent on the bottoms of your feet. If you're female, I recommend you wear shorts and a tank top. If you're male, I recommend shorts. This is because massage oils can be used depending on what you have on. The price for this hour long massage is only $35 before tip! What a deal! I recommend you give...
