After just recently signing up, I am not impressed by this bank so far. I went in person to this branch to set up my account. At that time I was informed that I would receive an email informing me how to get online banking access. A week later I called this branch back wondering if the email got lost. On the phone in 30 second conversation, I was told I am a liar and that is not what occurred. The manager proceed to be rude when I expressed confusion and gave me a number to call. (talk about sketchy) Luckily she transferred me to someone who I expected to speak with, someone kind, courteous, and helpful. With the multitude of options available, I would be banking with someone else if I could. If the branch manager is rude, what else can you do when more urgent matters arises?
