Kevin sat on FaceTime for 30 minutes trying to walk his employees through partial refund tactics and Kevin the owner trying to offer me a GNC gift card a few times instead of my money back. Instead of just saying "hello" and having the luxury to actually look around and roam the store , I was greeted with unfriendly looks by the male coworker who had his feet next to the register while eating and bombarded by the female worker who decided to stop me in the front half of the store and stand directly over my shoulder and just stare at the side of my face while starting an interrogation of too many personal questions that was ultimately none of her business in the end. Knocked on the door and the girl behind the door refused to budge or even acknowledge why the business had decided to shut down early. This is not a way a business should be operating especially when so many are shutting down due to poor service or lack of staffing.
