Terrible management customer service!! I'm very happy with the oxygen "travel" pillow I bought at this store, but while trying to buy a regular oxygen pillow in 2 more visits, I was helped by a lady that stated that one pillow I was trying looked good, but in fact it was the pillow she had just told me was too high. Based on her marginal judgment, I bought that one since the other was too soft to side sleep on. I used it one night and I woke up with my head feeling like I was lying on a square since oxygen pillows have a rectangle cut out for the head placement. I apologized for needing so much assistance during my buying experience, but in my opinion they must feel put out at this company giving customers extra help based on the response I got from the owner. I believe this may be a defective pillow and I complained to one of the staff on the phone about that since the square feeling on my head is not normal in a pillow. This is the email response from the owner Jill about my complaints. She didn't bother to call. I just wanted my money back!

Barbara, We spent hours trying to help you over the course of several visits to our store, and we already ate the cost of one pillow. We explained the policy to you, each one of us, (more than once). Pillows/Bedding are non-returnable, but we allowed you a one time exchange. It is stated clearly on your receipt. You chose your second pillow. We didn't force it on you.

I would ask that you refrain immediately from bullying my staff. And be responsible for your personal decisions. Jill Huckaby European...

Full Disclosure: I am a huge supporter of European Sleep Design. Stephanie and the other sleep experts are knowledgeable and quietly observant of how one lays, and most likely sleeps, on a mattress. They were patient with my fussiness. I tried most of the mattresses in the store and then came back another day to try them again. I finally settled on one but came back again to confirm, in my mind, that this was the right one. Stephanie and staff were always attentive without being pushy or intrusive.

The European Sleep Design mattresses cost a little more than the ones you buy on-line that come in a box or at “warehouse stores” but so worth it. We have had our European Sleep Design mattress for a month and I have no complaints. Our friends have had their mattress for 12 years and they have no complaints. If you are loosing sleep because of your mattress, you might want to consider getting a new mattress. Of course I would recommend a European Sleep Design mattress. Go to their website, read about the mattress construction and materials used. Go to the store, talk with the staff, try a few mattresses. There is no pressure to buy. Gather information. At least when you buy a mattress, you have made a purchase with an informed mind. Your sleep health is important.

Exceptional. Customer. Service. From the moment of my first visit, Jill and her Staff took the time to fully explain the different bedding systems they had to offer so I could find the right mattress firmness that best suited me and have no regrets in my selection. It took numerous visits of trying various mattresses over and over again and during each one of those visits, I was always treated like a welcomed guest and never once felt pressure to purchase. After deciding on a mattress and bedroom set, I also got sized for the Oxygen pillow. What a difference in my quality of sleep and again, no regrets. The exceptional customer service continued even after my purchase. Jill’s Staff kept me informed of when my bedroom set would arrive to their facility and be delivered to my home. They were true to their word and right on time. Even the delivery crew was top notch by taking great care in not banging my new furniture into the walls as they carefully threaded the furniture pieces to a back bedroom and finished the set up.
