I went in today and noticed a pair of gold hoop earrings that I thought were lovely. When I requested more information about what "gold-filled" meant and asked the best way to clean them, I was met with condescension and disrespect. The elderly woman, Dorothy, whom I expected to be a jewelry expert, was terribly rude and dismissive! As we were leaving, she said to her colleague, "That's why you should read things!" Both items came beautifully wrapped. I loved the sparkle tissue paper.
