I would give this place 0 stars if I could for their complete disregard, for the impact of their words & inaction (during our experience & after). This place is racist. The day was meant to be fun for my cousin, we were celebrating her upcoming wedding & instead we walked away feeling angry & mistreated.

We were there on April 06th for my cousin’s bachelorette. While we were waiting to get in, one of my cousin’s tripped on the polls the store had left outside & hurt her knees really badly. No one from the store came outside to ask if she was okay. We were then attacked by some customers outside. We advised the individuals if they didn’t leave us alone we will call the police as we felt quite threatened. At this point the store’s manager who came outside to ask if about the altercation. We explained we weren’t sure why this group attacked us & told him our cousin fell and hurt herself just before this happened. He didnt offer any assistance and told us he wanted to make sure because this is a place of business & does not want any “issues“. We asked him for a bandaid and he said he will get us one. He never came back. Another employee came outside and asked if we wanted any water, asked if our cousin was okay and let us know they will be able to get us in as soon as possible. While we were waiting,my cousin’s knee was bleeding a lot so we took her inside to clean her up and we asked the same manager for a Bandaid & ghats when he told us “we don’t have any bandaids for you. you can take an Uber to Walgreens and get it yourself“. None of the employees stepped up to help us, ask if my cousin was okay. We havegotten a response from the team on our reviews that we have posted, which has continued to attack us - saying we were intoxicated (even though we were just starting our day), blaming is for an altercation, even though we were attacked & has shown their lack of communication or empathy. Instead they’ve told us that “they have plenty of women of different backgrounds who work for them”. So I guess thats why it’s okay for them to treat us with such low regard when my cousin stood there bleeding & no one bothered to help her or acknowledge the impact when we heard the manager tell us “we don’t have any...

The store is cute! We went last year when they first opened and gave them grace as they only had one person to do hats. We were there almost 2 hours. Follow up almost A year later and we wanted to make trucker hats we went last Friday and the girl working was working on a hat she never said I’ll be with you guys momentarily or how long the wait would be after I asked after a half hour of waiting she said she could put our name down And call us later. We decided to leave and we came back this Friday afternoon to make a hat. We waited for over an hour and a half as one girl was trying to make two peoples hats after she rung them up and they left the store she said hi to us and And then got on the phone and said to someone would you like to come back and make your hat? We were shocked by this as we have been waiting for over an hour and a half with zero communication that we wouldn’t be next. She ended up making us our trucker hats, but they definitely need more than one person working and better communication skills and if you do need to check in and sign in, they need to inform you of that all in all it’s a cute hat but not a...
