I had an incredible experience at Roman’s Jewelry, and I can't say enough good things about both the craftsmanship and the customer service. I recently celebrated my 5 year wedding anniversary and really wanted to reset my engagement ring from white gold to yellow gold and go from six prongs to four prongs. The results are absolutely stunning. The jeweler did an outstanding job with the reset—it's flawless, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

The turnaround time was incredibly fast, which was a pleasant surprise given the quality of work done. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service I received from Inessa. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, answering all my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. Do not give this place your business. Took my watch in for a battery replacement, they replaced the battery for $15. Two days later, I noticed condensation under the face. And the watch stopped. I brought it back in and they told me I would need to pay $45 more dollars if I wanted it water-resistant. But the watch was water-resistant to begin with. I brought it to them water-resistant. They gave it back to me non-water-resistant, and didn't tell me about it. Now it has water damage. They were unwilling to return the watch to me in the condition I brought it to them in. Very dis-satisfied. If they want to charge $60 to replace the battery in a water-resistant watch, do that. But breaking a watch during a simple battery replacement was not cool.
