I've been wanting to get permanent jewelry for a while and a friend of mine and I ran into Matt's super cute studio shop while staying in the area. He did such a great job at walking us through the process and giving us input on which chain was best for us. We didn't feel rushed and he made the whole experience super comfortable. We chose to get some permanent anklets and the end result was beautiful. The attention to detail was immaculate and the variety of options to choose from were awesome. This place is amazing! I had tried to go with my mom a few months ago when she had come into town visit but the store wasn’t open, sadly. So today when she was in town for my birthday we were able to get in and get our permanent jewelry! I can not say enough how amazing this experience was! The store is super, the owner is extremely welcoming and the customer service is very warm! Jasmine was the one who welded the jewelry on my mom and I and she was absolutely wonderful! We wanted to do mother daughter matching bracelets tried making an appointment twice. The first time we were told that the books for June were not open yet and we just needed to walk in. Then My mother tried again and they said an appointment was not needed just walk in.
