Called the owner and asked him about repairing my iPhone. He told me to come by the following day, which is a way from my house. He wasn’t there and the store wasn’t open. I left 2 messages for him. Next day he called and said he was busy and out of the area and he apologized. He said to come the following day, at 1:00 for an appointment. ASince we were driving just to go to his place we expected him to be there. Again, nothing. He wasn’t there. I text and he told me we are here , expecting some reason or at the least texting our back. Nothing.. I have never had this happen, just flaking. I wouldn’t trust his work or his promise. Plain shitty business. Find an elsewhere place. Thank me later. Shame on...

I went there a while ago to get an Xbox fixed, I gave him the details and how it was dirty so that even if their is no problem if he could at least clean it. I called the next day to see if he found the problem and if he could fix it he said he didn't find anything so he had me come get it and when I brought it back home there were no signs that he opened the Xbox and he didn't clean yet still charged me $30 for most likely not checking it I would not recommend coming here to get a console or computer fixed because you will most likely be scammed...

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Mendo Tech Guru! I was incredibly stressed when my phone became unusable after my toddler threw it and the screen became completely ruined. I called and was for in that afternoon. He was so kind and fun to talk to as I watched him make the repair. The quality of work and customer service turned my entire day around. If anything ever happens to my phone or other devices he will be the first person I call. I’d give ten stars if that...
