Boatyard Tobacco Smoke Shop — Local services in Fort Bragg

Not too sure about the previous owners or reviews of the store prior to whenever New Management took over... but we've only have nothing but positive things to say about the lady working there. She's been very helpful & polite, seems to know her stuff. The younger gentleman is definitely a "Gen Z" type, a little quick to choose for you, or talk over you, but still approachable. Just needs a little more 'training' in the "customer service department". Overall pleasant experiences 😌. Hopefully they keep these good employees around for the long term... thanks...

Go to the other s one shop. These guys are peddling bad products and then blaming the customers. Be safe...they sold me a Kraton bottle full of some random liquid then refused to honor their mistakes.

If you must go, double check everything is sealed.and ake sure the counter person tests it.

I tried being reasonable and discussing with owner and he denied everything.

I've been here since 130pm. It's now 230pm. No one is here. About 20 other people have shown up since 215pm. For new management I have to say this is unprofessional. No signs indicating its closed for the whole day. No one answers the phones. The store is closed for lunch longer than indicated or it's closed all day today. Super...
